Cypher Business Software cc offers a comprehensive "Bureau Service" for the processing of regular and irregular financial transactions into the South African banking system via Bankserv.

• Cypher can perform a check digit verification (CDV) on client's data who do not CDV there own data or who don't use our software, prior to submission to Bankserv thereby reducing processing costs.

This provides an additional benefit in that where debit transactions are concerned, there is a reduction of "bank service fee" cost as "homeback debits" are debited back to the User's nominated account and thereby attracting banking charges.

• Homeback details that that appear on TRS023 Vet Report is emailed to any three addresses, to  the User within 24 hours of the data being submitted to Bankserv. The Vet Report and Homeback details are supplied in a report form and also a datafile that Users can use to automatically update their systems.

• Unpaid "EF70 Schedule of Unpaids" information is emailed to the User to any three email addresses within 24 hours. This prevents potential problems whereby Unpaid information that is received after the next months debit/credit transactions have been processed.

The Unpaid EF70 information is supplied in the form of a report and a datafile that User's can use for the automated updating of their systems.

• Where User's have their own systems and databases Cypher can export the file(s) for onward conversion to Bankserv.
